Service Description

An organization that takes good care of its facilities and amenities will not neglect to provide high service levels to clients. Success and viability for an organization depend almost entirely on a pleasant client experience. In addition, varied backgrounds, ethnicities, and nations significantly influence the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences. When operating an agency, almost everyone claims to care much about customer service, but they only satisfy consumer expectations in a somewhat inconsistent or underwhelming manner. Several challenges are mentioned in an organization's stories that include motivating their workers to prioritize their tasks and implementing lasting change that can become a part of its culture. It takes many different skill-sets to provide good customer service, including listening, understanding, responding, and treating customers with respect. Though there are aspects of this strategy that customers may never see, such as the administrative, financial, and information systems that support the recreational staff members who interact with customers, there are numerous elements that customers see, such as the facilities, services, and recreational programming that patrons can enjoy. By the end of the JHC Mid-Atlantic's Customer Service Excellence Training, you will know how to establish a work environment that values customer service above all else. On-site and proprietary online training tools found through on-site training from different multi-cultural audiences and best practices of nationally and internationally reputable agencies are employed in this effort. When it comes to making your consumers into advocates, know how to implement a new customer service culture and convert window shoppers to participants, participants to loyal customers, and loyal customers to enthusiastic advocates.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please contact us at least five (5) business days prior to your scheduled appointment date. Any cancellations outside of that time frame will be charged fifty-percent (50%) of the total amount agreed. Please contact us at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to your scheduled appointment time for Zoom appointments. Any cancellations outside of that time frame will be charged the deposit amount.
